| Efficiently managing its time and attendance systems across several plants/factories was proving to be a challenge for the client. Employee attendance was registered in ECM (Employee Capture Machine) that was responsible for calculation of incentives and allowances. The client wanted to integrate the attendance system with their core HR system / modules to increase efficiency. |

| Solution |

| Collabera Designed and built a time management system (TMS) in the SAP environment. The system featured worksheet data retrieval, employee remuneration, payments, shift schedule, attendance capture, normal/extra hour calculation, updating of info type, leave management, regularization, mass regularization, manual entry of attendance and monthly attendance summary. The reports generated by TMS were then used in the incentive management system for payroll processing. |
