| The client's Transport Management System (TMS) consisted of a database that pulled data from a number of disparate order management systems. The information was not in a consistent format and was being manually fed leading to duplication of transactions. This impaired decision making and efficiency, as management was unable to have an accurate real time view of the entire system. |

| Collabera proposed the integration of the client's existing SAP NetWeaver BI with the various existing order management systems like Cimpro, Prism and SAP. The solution also offered extensive error handling mechanisms of BI 7.0 to effectively manage Master Data Records. Reports were built using custom report interfaces to enhance transparency. TMS analytics (using complex BI transformations and Bex reports) were used to allocate costs by brand, mileage, weight and other relevant parameters. The solution included role based access to the reports that gave a real time view of the entire transportation operations. The solution also offered automated scheduling of BI process chains. |
