| The client was facing logistical problems with the timely and accurate dissemination of information to vendors, customers and the internal sales team. A decision was made to make key reports, relevant to these functions, available for access by way of the corporate portal. The information needed for these reports would have to be pulled by remote function calls to the SAP R/3 4.6 B system. |

| Collabera proposed the use of SAP Web Application Server 6.10 as the web server for the engagement. The web server relays information to the corporate portal based on a report query. Users had separate ids and passwords to login to the corporate portal. They were then given access to the reports based on the group specific reporting views. |
