| The client required carrier-class EFM broadband access solutions to improve revenue and decrease deployment costs for service providers. They also, needed to deliver multiple voice data and video services over a wide range of broadband network topologies. They were also looking for integrated management to enable larger deployments that required their products to be equipped with OAM (Operations, Admin and Management). |

| Collabera was involved in design, development and testing of an Element Management System. An EMS was designed that enabled operators in a NOC to perform management (OAM&P/FCAPS) functions on network elements, which include Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and Optical Network Units (ONU). It provides GUI for operators to interact with the system and a Northbound Interface via CORBA/XML for the OSS or other service management or system management software sub- system interaction. |
