| Collabera started the engagement by sending a team to the client's premises in order to understand the client's product development related XP processes and the overall architecture of the product. A dedicated offshore development team was then setup to develop Junits for the product. This helped the development team to understand the existing code base and improve coverage of the existing Junit code. A QA team and a QA framework for black box testing were also instituted in order to test the product prior to a release. |
