Self-study involves an effort on the part of the trainee, to use various sources and understand the concept and be able to exhibit a required degree of expertise to the Project Manager. |

Assisted/guided self-study involves an ADG/Functional head, who helps the trainee understand the facts and also answers questions that emerge during training. |

On-the-job learning is designed specifically to those employees who wish to use the time during their working day, to learn new technology, languages, and platforms. |

Knowledge Transfer sessions by an expert in the subject internally holds a discussion with interested group/project about a particular topic. |
