| Mohan has over 22 years of experience working with leading global organizations in both USA and India. He joins Collabera from iGATE Global Solutions Limited where he was a Member of the Board and Chief Delivery Officer. At iGATE, Mohan was instrumental in transforming the organization to a high value integrated business and technology solutions provider. |

| Prior to IGATE, he was Senior Vice President at Infosys Technologies (NASDAQ: INFY) responsible for Customer Delivery for the North America region and Horizontal services globally. As a member of the Management Council he was responsible for driving many of their global transformational initiatives. He started his career with CapGemini America and spent over 12 years working with AT&T in New Jersey, USA. |
