Job Description:

• Property and estate management - working with tenancy agreements and carrying out valuations.
• Applications will be considered from candidates who are not qualified but have a general property background including: experience working with property leases, selling properties, auctions and working with external agencies.
• Must have a general practice or estate management background.
• They should have worked in one or more of the following areas of commercial surveying: valuation, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, rating, acquisitions and disposals.
