To provide professional and technical building advice, input and management in order to:-
Ensure the safe, cost-effective and efficient delivery of the building maintenance programme;
Contribute to key corporate policies such as Risk Management and Environmental Strategy;
Provide the key point of contact on building maintenance issues and technical standards
Ensure the best maintenance outcomes for the staff, Members, partners and service users of Cambridgeshire at all times.
Property and estate management - working with tenancy agreements and carrying out valuations.
Applications will be considered from candidates who are not qualified but have a general property background including: experience working with property leases, selling properties, auctions and working with external agencies.
Must have a general practice or estate management background. They should have worked in one or more of the following areas of commercial surveying: valuation, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, rating, acquisitions and disposals
