Job Description

Trainer/ Learning Coordinator

The Programs Coordinator duties include but are not limited to supporting the Talent Development team in delivering training. This includes the following:
• Managing training program logistics including scheduling, enrollment, materials, and logistics including conference room facilities, catering, group dinners, and technology
• Serving as a point of contact for internal presenters and outside consultants and vendors
• Providing on-site support for training programs locally, as needed
• Drafting and distributing program invitations, communications and materials
• Ensuring the recording of attendance
• Sending and collecting course evaluations
• Generate reports as needed.
• Evaluate and recommend process improvements to ensure controls and department efficiency
• Provide general back-up support to the Talent team
• Assist with special projects and collaborate with other departments as needed
• Assume other responsibilities as needed to support the Talent Development team

• Team player
• Ability to work under periodic pressure to meet tight deadlines and schedules
• Ability to learn new technology quickly
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Superior administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
• Ability to retrieve and distribute materials weighing up to 10 pounds
