Job Description

• A Technical Account Specialist II, acts as the primary point person for setting up a new partner an assisting existing partners with LOS conversions in the DealerTrack environment
• The Technical Account Specialist II, provides technical support and either answer or coordinate escalation in a timely manner
• Own escalated issues and ensure a timely response across the organization

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in xml, database SQL statements, MSMQ, FTP, Firewall policies, HTTPS protocol
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
• Proven experience in strategic planning
• Proven experience in risk management
• Proven experience in change management
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project)
