•eComm (Online), Manhattan (Warehouse Management) - testing experience or exposure/knowledge.
•Overall 7 plus years in eComm Direct, Call Center, Manhattan WMS functional testing with 6+ Years of Sterling OMS 9.5 product testing experience.
•Strong product knowledge in Sterling OMS 9.5 (OMS) respective modules and testing experience.
•Knowledge of recent Sterling OMS versions v8 and v9.
•Demonstrated hands-on testing skills and expertise in Sterling OMS modules like Product Information, Inventory, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges, Catalog, Promotions, Pricing, Customer & Prospects, Order Management, Customer Service, Financial Processing, Order Processing, and Alerts & Notification.
•Experience in integration testing e-Commerce (Direct) with Sterling Order Management Systems (OMS), Manhattan (WMS).
•Experience in Sterling OMS end-to-end testing implementations.
•Experience in testing Sterling OMS modules like SKU Page, Search & Browse, Reservation, Checkout, Order Tracking, Recommendation, Promotions, Order Processing, Order Modification, and Inventory Management.
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong relationship builder in cross-functional teams.
