• Performance Analytics to build reports and dashboards, HR
• ITOM (Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management and Release Automation)
• ServiceNow Certification (System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, and Application Developer) will be nice to have
• Expertise in advanced ITSM (Customer Service, Security Operations, Vulnerability response) areas
