Job Description

Min Diploma in IT/Computer Science - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT/System Administration support
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments
is a must
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
(eg. Zendesk)

Working with employees to identify voice problems and advising on the solution for L1 issue, and escalate to the L2 voice engineer if necessary
