Job Description:
• Provide Strategic and tactical support to the Customer Experience business unit aligned to Australian and New Zealand segment model, and leveraging operational support from HR generalist and Employee Services model. Includes: full HR lifecycle execution against HR strategy (hiring, talent management, investment / divestment), defining the Talent strategy for 2020 in line with business priorities, collaborating with country and regional HR team on all talent initiatives, coaching / collaborating / enabling and supporting business stakeholders.

- Scale from strategy to operations as required - whilst adopting the HR operating model to ensure the right work is done by the right people
- Assisting with major HR initiatives that span the total workforce
- Apply business acumen to all HR activity and ensure activity is focused on achieving strategic business priorities
- Engage and support Great Place to Work and culture initiatives - be a cultural champion and model

• A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured sales environment.
• Experience in Salesforce.com; MS Office applications particularly Excel
• Demonstrated ability to interface with all levels of management.
• Ability to work as a team player and to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Demonstrated high-level of maturity and confidentiality.
• Experience working within a high-technology business environment is preferred but not essential.
• The ability to work with all stakeholders, professionally at all times as you are representing the Cisco brand
• • Minimum 2 x years’ experience in a similar role
