Support for organizational development & team effectiveness, including: Development and implementation of team norms around communication, decision-making, and issue escalation, Alignment with partners to ensure clarity of accountabilities.
Documentation and reinforcement of the operating framework, including: Develop, clarify & educate staff on BU/Biosimilars operating processes (e.g., governance, decision rights, team structure and function), Develop and/or reinforce venues and structure for within-line and cross functional line interactions, Reinforce interactions with Biosimilars governance and cross-functional Asset and Submission teams.
Support key processes, Develop and optimize mechanisms for ensuring productive partner line relationships, Establish and/or improve practices and processes to ensure delivery, including: venues or processes to ensure operational oversight of deliverables, development of management reporting on key deliverables, performance metricsm. Support key team interactions and communications, as needed, such as LT meetings, all-hands meetings/Town Halls, and trainings
