Job Description

Must haves:

  • 3+ years of Oracle Identity Management experience (MOST IMPORTANT SKILL)
  • 5+ years of web systems environments experience
  • 5+ years of Weblogic experience
  • 5+ years of application production support experience
  • 5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience
  • 5+ years of Apache experience
  • 3+ years of experience deploying applications and patches using SCCM in an enterprise environment
  • 3+ years of MS Windows server or Desktop Operating System support experience
  • 3 + years of Networking experience



  • Banking experience 


Day to day:

  • Work as the Engineer for the IAM (Identity Access Management) support  team directly communicating with application development teams, business partners, and end users
  • Assist with planning, design and build out and support of  IAM server environment
  • Deploy and configure multiple IAM  application modules
  • Manage web logic application servers and all related tasks for the application
  • Research, plan,  and perform upgrades, patches and fixes for  environment, with close involvement with the vendor
  • Assist with creation and collection of  key system metrics and key processes to collect application and system log data and proactively investigate
  • Assist development team with design and integration of various data sources and continued support and monitoring processes of these feeds
  • Assist in or create new process and policies to streamline and insure better support and maintenance of the IAM application, associated web sites and middleware applications and their integration into the new and existing systems environment.
  • Utilize data transfer and ETL technologies and methods to integrate with existing systems
  • Work with Oracle and other vendors to troubleshoot and configure environmental issues
  • Provide performance tuning analysis, recommendations for OS or application level issues
  • Analyze and provide quick determination of issues and resolutions and be able to communicate these clearly and concisely to all levels of management and technical and non-technical team members
  • Create, Update and maintain all aspects application specific troubleshooting documentations and runbooks along with training / knowledge transfer to other team members
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot network, hardware and software issues and coordinate resolution with users, vendors and internal service groups
  • Ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
