Job Description

Title: Corporate Care Escalations Specialist
Location: Englewood, CO



  • Work in Corporate Care call center providing support to client’s growing customer base
  • Field inbound calls and electronic chat communications from front line supervisors and subject matter experts within customer care teams for escalated issues
  • Utilize a ticketing system to receive and track inbound support requests
  • Utilize customer service skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and quickly resolve various customer needs
  • Ensure all customer needs have been met before closing out trouble tickets
  • Document all requests received
  • Identify process challenges and provides suggestions and ideas from improvement
