- An experienced CRM business transformation leader who has led a CRM rollout before, to ensure that current deployments continue to be effective, user adoption continues to grow, and engage with key IT leaders to shape their CRM capability needs.
- This role is responsible for the overall operational and administrative success of the department through sales force automation, Salesforce. com application administration, and the building of sustainable systems to help the company succeed in its goals.
- The role should not only administer the core strategies and tactics of a CRM driving enhancements, but also be able to identify and proactively recommend process improvements, anticipate needs, and develop foresight through tools and automation to help drive sales.
