Description

  • The Customer Service Representative answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone requests.
  • They will conduct themselves in a professional manner while providing world class customer service and promoting student success.
  • Log and track calls using a ticketing system.
  • Maintain historical records and provide information based upon documented processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate Windows 10 operating system
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and troubleshoot browsers

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate remote desktops
  • Demonstrated ability to connect to a VPN
