Job Description

  • Customer Service Representative to support the Retirement and Benefits Contact Center during their busy year-end season
  • This professional needs to have exceptional oral and written communication skills, as they will primarily be on the phone with 401K Customers, walking them through their retirement plans at various stages
  • They will also assist customers with Health Benefits solutions (things such as Health Saving Accounts, etc.)
  • This will require professionalism, patience, clear/concise communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to learn quickly
  • College Degree is a plus
