Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for the Agile Delivery Team and is solely responsible for planning and facilitation of all Agile ceremonies, delivery, timelines, and adoption of tools
- Ensures team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
- Understands and coaches the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational/reputational risk
- Understands and supports the product and technical strategies
- Facilitate PI Planning with the PO and team to identify OKRs, prioritize epics, estimate stories, and identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Manages JIRA / Backlog and organizes and reports progress on epics
- Own stakeholder communication and provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments, timelines, and progress (e.g. S2s, release announcements)
- Facilitate engagement with the 'right' people and help build bridges where gaps are identified
- Integrates Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products
- Coaches Product Owner/team on backlog refinement and prioritization
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Agile experience
- Scrum Alliance CSM, CSP certification, PMI-ACP, Certified SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM), Certified SAFe® Advanced Scrum Master, Certified SAFe® Practitioner, or Certified SAFe® Release Train Engineer
- At least 2 year of experience using Jira
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Relationship management and ability to navigate difficult situations
