Come join one of the leading Global Banks. We are looking to rapidly grow their mortgage department with experienced home lending Underwriters. This is a permanent remote role anywhere in the United States.

We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in home lending. You will be responsible for file analysis of all loan submittals. This is a Frontline Underwriting position so you will be responsible for reviewing all terms, conditions, appraisals, credit, and ensuring that all documents are in line with our bank’s standards.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of frontline mortgage underwriting experience
• Detail-oriented and well-versed with program and product specifications
• Knowledgeable with personal and business financial analysis
• Proficient with cash flow and Adjusted Growth Income (AGI) self-employed income analysis and corporate tax returns
• Excellent communications skills; verbally and written
• Strong negotiation skills and handling difficult situations
• Experience with manual and automated underwriting
• Presentable and professional for video conferencing
