We are seeking passionate BDMs, responsible for driving revenue for Cognixia’s Digital talent Transformation services
- Build strategic partnerships with Large Enterprise clients.
- Consult and build trusted value-added relationships with C-level executives to support their business goals by effectively presenting and articulating Cognixia solutions.
- Develop relationships with VPs, IT directors and other key stakeholders of prospective clients to open new doors
- Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
- Develop and conduct effective presentations with decision makers
- Generate leads by calling on cold leads, attending Seminars, Trade Shows, Events, and other Marketing support provided by corporate marketing group
- Leverage extensive sales and industry expertise to convert prospective leads into new clients
- Build extensive sales pipelines that match aggressive growth and revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue
- Liaison with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue

- 3-6 years of solution based selling experience in Small/Mid-size IT services companies or EdTech background
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
- Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
