Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be given all the tools necessary to be successful, including a wellestablished leadership team. Reporting to the Regional Director / Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing a local office and managing the overall revenue and profitability of that office. The role will require you to think critically by utilizing your expertise to present business solutions to Account Managers / Recruiters in order to ensure both new and existing accounts in that office are thriving. You will be driving the discipline and hiring initiatives in the office, as well as setting the tone to exemplify Collabera’s cultural values. As a Manager, you are a pillar of Collabera, therefore you are expected to lead by example, emphasize excellence in execution, and instill passion and camaraderie in your employees. Key responsibilities include:

• Total office responsibility, such as setting and achieving business targets for the employees / office • Manage P&L for the entire region • Hire and manage entire office team of Recruiters, Account Managers, and BDM’s • Drive the sales team to prospect new clients, as well as growing existing book of business • Develop sales strategies and business solutions to grow existing business and secure new clients • Educating employees on Collabera’s multiple service offerings and encourage all sales members to upsell digital-transformation solutions to increase portfolio of business, in addition to IT staffing • Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members (sales / recruiting) to ensure weekly / quarterly / yearly KRA’s are consistently executed with the goal to achieve Presidents Club • Build the overall culture, positive work environment, high discipline, and accountability amongst all members of the office • Ensure all data is accurately entered into Collabera system to run any reports necessary for upper management or one-on-one meetings
