The Purpose, Role Definition, and Requirements: The WHY and WHAT for a Technical Talent Analyst

The Technical Talent Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client technical requirement and hiring top talent for Collabera, mostly in the Digital technologies. The individual should have strong technology understanding in digital and education in information technology/computer science and will be responsible in providing talent solutions, in client’s digital business transformation journey. He/She will be reporting to reporting to the Delivery Manager and will be working very closely with Collabera Engineering Services team. The detailed responsibilities will include:

The Technical Talent Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client technical requirement and hiring top talent for Collabera, mostly in the Digital technologies. The individual should have strong technology understanding in digital and education in information technology/computer science and will be responsible in providing talent solutions, in client’s digital business transformation journey. He/She will be reporting to reporting to the Delivery Manager and will be working very closely with Collabera Engineering Services team. The detailed responsibilities will include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with technical teams to build an effective talent pipeline to support our clients in their digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct technical interview and be able to evaluate employees with digital technology skills sets.
• Drive an AI/ML digital hiring practices by adopting digital technology into the core operation and re-engineer to enhance the talent hiring process.
• Recruit employee with digital expertise through social media, job board, networking event & career fair. TA will be responsible to build and maintain a pipeline of potential digital candidates.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives to help Collabera in this digital transformation journey
• Be part of client project delivery and recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of our clients.
• Understand, analyze, and review the details of each project requisition and its technical specifications, project location, duration, etc and be responsible in the overall project margin management.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment:

• Masters/MS/MBA in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math’s OR related field
• Technical background OR should have understanding in Digital technologies
• Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be technically savvy
• Must have strong analytic skills
• Relationship building skills.
