The VP of Marketing and the senior leadership team seek a Social Media Strategist to own Collabera’s campaigns, strategy and execution across multiple platforms and social channels. This individual must be a creative marketer with a strong understanding of social platforms and hands-on experience executing media campaigns, promotion, and storytelling via social channels. This person will own the channel strategy, content creation, influencer relationships, and build new audiences on emerging platforms. The role requires a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content. The individual will drive social media initiatives through project conception, content creation, copywriting and reporting including determining effectiveness of each platform and campaign. A detailed list of responsibilities include but are not limited to: Drive innovation and growth across social channels, remaining up to date on new technology, social platforms, trends and competitor activities to apply to strategic plans. Identify trends to spark new innovative content development for organic growth. Expand the audience base across the Collabera’s social channels by attracting new followers and increasing engagement with current followers across Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to drive social presence and audience growth. Define and execute promotion strategy for executive leadership across multiple social channels Provide data analysis and standardize tracking, measurement methodologies, and reporting across all social channels including share of voice monitoring. Establish and execute video strategy and communications for social channels Own reputation management strategy and execution. Define cross company social media guidelines and usage including training team members on social disciplines and platforms.
