Job Title:

Data entry Clerk

Job Responsiblility:

  • Inspects enrollment documentation for vendors and employees for completeness and accuracy
  • Works with the Manager to collect missing or corrected documentation
  • Assist clients with completing paperwork and fingerprinting
  • Processes documentation so vendors and employees can set up to be paid
  • Problem solves- systematically, using sound business judgement
  • Monitors delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Consistently meets established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex position requirements
  • Seeks involvement in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year data entry
  • Strong communication skills/Attention to Detail
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Adaptable to quick priority changes
  • Quick learner
  • Experience with Health Insurance-Medicaid Population, State Programs (Mi Via, Supports Waivers, Self-Directed Care Benefits) a plus
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated analytical skills
  • Intermediate skills required- Word, Excel and Outlook.
