The position:

As an Account Manager – Direct Hire, you will be given all the tools necessary to be successful, including a well-established leadership team. Reporting to the Sales Manager / Regional Director, you will be responsible for prospecting new business leads and growing existing business relationships with single or multiple accounts. The role will require you to think critically by presenting comprehensive business solutions to existing and new clients, as well as running a full desk and handling any recruiting initiatives necessary to find the best talent for your client(s). As an Account Manager, you are the face of Collabera, therefore you are expected to manage the placement of IT professionals with the client(s), as well as attend weekly meetings and networking events to continuously grow the Collabera brand. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Generating client business, build and maintain strong client & candidate relationship
  • Running a full desk from start to finish
  • Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
  • Cold call prospective leads for clients and candidates, follow up on warm leads
  • Convert hot leads into sales
  • Sourcing, Interviewing, qualifying and presenting candidates to clients
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates in order to effectively match qualified candidates to clients needs.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • Providing consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
