How does Collabera ensure you can fulfill my requirements?

We take a proactive approach to all of our work. We have a huge internal database of amazing candidates, and can easily sort by skills, industry, location, and beyond. If the perfect candidate is not in our 3MM+ pipeline, then we’ll put our top recruiters to work to find you the best possible candidate.

How will I know the candidates are actually going to be able to get the job done?

We put all of our candidates through a robust and rigorous screening process before you ever meet them. We’ll continue to work with candidates every step of the way. We have one of the highest placement-to-submission rates in the industry and we don’t take that lightly. We have high standards; every submission you see will be the result of many hours of work. Plus, if you like a candidate but need them to work on specific skills, we’ll help enroll them in training programs at no cost to you!

I like your candidate, but they still need some work…can you help?

Yes! We partner with leading online education providers, as well as create our own content just for this. We can help connect candidates and current resources with training materials. From Microsoft Office, to soft skills development, and everywhere in between.

How do I get more info or connect with an account manager?

We’re excited to take the next steps with you. Send us some info about you and your hiring needs, and we’ll match you with the perfect account manager so you can jump right in to finding the best teammates.

I need local support. Are all of your recruiters in India?

Nope! We have 50+ offices across the US, in most major cities, and we’re still growing. Chances are that there’s a regional office near you. We’re looking forward to meeting you.

I need to build my team, but I don’t have the time to get bogged down by paperwork…can you help?

We don’t want to make paperwork, just as much as you don’t want to fill it out. We’ve got an eVerify process for quicker onboarding, and automatically generate our “paperwork” to make a smoother and simpler process.

Is there an easy way for me to monitor Collabera consultants?

Our internal systems track consultant data and performance in real-time. You’ll be able to easily follow and monitor performance. We keep an eye on consultant performance to make sure each resource is meeting your expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAS). We’ll also send out a monthly report to outline performance, milestones, and any issues.

How do I know I’m getting a good resource?

We have a stellar audit team, who reviews every hire and makes sure that each one meets all compliance requirements and background checks.
