Job Title: AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Client Industry: Banking

Duration:12-18 Months (Possibility of Full-Time Conversion)

Day to Day

• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to define AI-driven solutions
• Design and build AI workflows, agents, copilots, and automations using LLMs
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, internal platforms) via APIs
• Rapid prototyping → productionizing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
• Lead architecture across prompt engineering, orchestration, and data integration
• Act as a bridge across business, product, data, and engineering stakeholders
• Own full lifecycle: concept → POC → production → optimization
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise security, risk, and governance standards
• Contribute to reusable AI frameworks and best practices

• 7+ years software engineering (production-grade systems)
• Strong experience with APIs, integrations, and distributed systems
• 2+ years hands-on building AI/ML applications (LLMs preferred)
• Python experience
• Experience designing end-to-end scalable solutions in enterprise environments

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $60 – $65 per hour

This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
