Position Details:
Job Title: Collections/ Accounts Receivable/Billing
Contract : 9 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Location: Louisville KY 40223 (Onsite)
Pay Range: $24/hr. - $25/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and collect outstanding accounts receivable balances from customers
- Investigate and resolve customer billing disputes and payment issues
- Perform account reconciliations and support cash application activities
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Billing, or a related Finance/Accounting role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUPs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in media, entertainment, digital services, or similar industries
- Background in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, or Credit Analysis
