Job Summary
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable Production Associates to support the manufacturing of complex electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves hands-on assembly, material handling, inventory support, and quality inspections while following established manufacturing and safety procedures. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, working with hand tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly by following work instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and assembly documentation.
  • Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
  • Move, stage, kit, and organize production materials and components.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other approved material handling equipment.
  • Label, scan, and document materials accurately within production systems.
  • Perform quality inspections and complete required production documentation.
  • Support repair, rework, and troubleshooting activities as needed.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material tracking and documentation.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2+ years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English.
  • Comfortable using handheld scanners and computer-based manufacturing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (7+ hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electro-mechanical assembly.
  • Familiarity with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems.
  • Experience interpreting work instructions, drawings, or manufacturing documentation.
  • Knowledge of material handling best practices and workplace safety procedures.
  • Experience with labeling, kitting, and inventory control.
