  • Position is remote
  • The Business Analyst will be responsible for leading efforts related to Health outstanding invoicing process and collection efforts.
  • The Analyst will lead weekly check-ins in partnership with the Customer Success Managers to ensure invoice accuracy, monitoring payments and tracking action items.
  • The Business Analyst will also be responsible for process improvement, understanding various tools and systems and outlining core pain points impacting the Customer base.
  • The Business Analyst will lead workstreams and Customer conversations to address root cause issues and end to end process flow to ensure invoices are addressed and Customer experience is improved.
