Pay Range: $40/hr - $43/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Support daily engineering lab operations and hardware testing
• Execute verification and validation test plans
• Assemble, modify, and maintain test fixtures and lab hardware
• Perform basic PCB rework and soldering as needed
• Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic lab equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and electrical issues alongside engineering teams
• Collect, analyze, and document test results
• Maintain inventory and organization of lab equipment and test hardware
• Read schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation
• Update Confluence/Wiki documentation and maintain accurate records
• Partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Automation Engineers
• Support both existing hardware platforms and new product development efforts

Must-Haves:

• Good recent hands-on experience supporting hardware engineering labs
• Junior-level candidates strongly preferred
• No college degree required
• Experience supporting engineers in a lab or manufacturing environment
