• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation and/or growth marketing, including direct ownership of ABM programs.
• Experience in banking, finance, or fintech industries
• Understanding of commercial loan industry 
• Tenured experience building out demand generation and ABM programs in the B2B banking industry
• Experience owning an ARR number of campaign targets or MQL numbers; ICP creation and building campaigns to hit targets
• Having experience implementing a marketing/demand generation tech stack and understanding how systems work together
• Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and fundamentals
• Experience writing papers and carrying out marketing programs
• Experience owning an ARR number of campaign targets or MQL numbers; ICP creation and building campaigns to hit targets
• Must come from a blend of enterprise and start up experience; manager needs someone to come in with expertise of what works and what doesn’t.

Range: 150k to 160k

The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client. All compensation and benefits, including but not limited to medical insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks, will be provided by the client in accordance with their internal policies and subject to applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
