The opportunity is in Retail AML/Transaction Monitoring. Training will be provided on “Transaction Monitoring”.

 

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Orlando, FL

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Duration: 12-24 months (possibility of conversion)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM 

 

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20 to $22 per hour

  

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience preferred within one of our primary areas: financial services, retail banking, controls testing, project management, data validation, grants management.
  • Intermediate proficiency with M S Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and more); demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operation environment.
  • Intermediate understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and process with ability to draft, proofread and analyse reports from various database and software applications vis M S products.
  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication abilities, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration abilities.

 

Day To Day:

  • Work flexibly in a centralized, high performing team environment, providing robust support to both internal and external clients to include coordinating with team members and stakeholders located in various geographic locations, utilizing virtual communication tools, and ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of project tasks, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings, managing project requests, maintaining project deliverable schedules, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Support the review of data across multiple systems and maintain personal compliance of operation regulatory risk in support of the following capabilities: enhance due diligence, transaction monitoring, fraud investigations, grants management, validations, PMO, and controls testing.
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met to include generating AI use cases in efforts to improve quality and productivity.
  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues with the support of the Senior Analyst or above; actively contribute to the culture of the centre by assisting other team members and supporting the development of SOPs and training initiatives.
