Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large scale global CRM transformation across international business units and affiliates.
- This role will focus on business side program management, stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and organizational readiness.
- The successful candidate will work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders as well as business technology teams and external consulting partners.
- This position requires strong executive communication, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to drive accountability across a highly matrixed environment.
- The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex business transformation programs and confidently partnering with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support business side program management for a global CRM transformation and migration initiative.
- Coordinate activities across global, regional, and local business stakeholders.
- Engage business teams to understand local use cases, requirements, resource needs, and implementation considerations.
- Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to support a cohesive transition plan.
- Communicate program timelines, objectives, business value, expectations, and resource requirements.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and accountability across multiple countries, regions, and business units.
- Support business requirements and collaborative workshops with affiliate and business representatives.
- Coordinate with business technology teams and external consulting partners on transformation activities.
- Support change management, communications, awareness, and organizational readiness activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, leadership updates, status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials.
- Participate in senior leadership meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow through.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, resources, and performance.
- Maintain PMO governance processes, tools, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate cross functional meetings and workshops and ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- Support senior program leadership as a business side partner and help drive execution across the transformation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of program or project management experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross functional, global, or highly matrixed programs.
- Strong business transformation and strategic project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing diverse and senior stakeholders across multiple teams, regions, or business units.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience preparing executive level presentations, status reports, dashboards, and program updates.
- Strong change management and stakeholder communication experience.
- Ability to drive accountability, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a CRM transformation or migration.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
- Experience with Veeva CRM or another life sciences CRM platform.
- Global pharmaceutical commercial experience.
- Global commercial, sales, marketing, or customer excellence experience.
- Experience working with international affiliates across multiple countries.
- Experience partnering with business technology or IT organizations on enterprise transformations.
- Experience working with consulting firms or external implementation partners.
- Experience with organizational readiness, adoption, communications, and change leadership.
