Title: Finance Process Manager – O2C / Customer Invoicing Process Design and Fusion Analyst

Location: New York, NY 10036 - On-site, 5 days/week

Duration: 04 months (Extension/ Conversion will be based on performance)

Pay Range: ($80 - $85) on an hourly basis

About the role:

• We are seeking a Finance Process Analyst to support global Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement and standardization initiatives.
• The role will focus on documenting end-to-end finance processes, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing customer invoicing workflows.

 Responsibilities:

• Document end-to-end O2C processes, including customer onboarding, invoicing, AR, and collections.
• Develop process flows, SOPs, RACI models, and desk-level procedures.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities using Ora_cle Fusion, Automation Anywhere, and ServiceNow.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and root cause analysis.
• Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Ensure processes align with internal controls, audit, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance SMEs and global stakeholders to standardize and optimize processes.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance Operations, or Process Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with Ora_cle Fusion Invoicing.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including South America.
