Title: Change Management Lead

Salary: 95k - 110k / Annum

• Lead organizational change and workforce strategy across business operations.
• Drive workforce planning, analytics, and labor optimization initiatives.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional projects and influence HR, Operations, Merchandising, and Field Leadership.
• Lead teams, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Ideal background: Change Management + Workforce Planning/Analytics + Project Management + strong stakeholder communication.
