Title: Invoicing Specialist
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 months
Pay range: 22/hr - 27/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process invoices and support EFT (electronic funds transfer) transactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer invoice and payment disputes.
• Research rejected invoices and determine the appropriate resolution.
• Reconcile issues and resolve discrepancies across multiple internal systems.
• Navigate and work within software platforms including SAP, Enverus, and OpenTicket.

Must-Haves

• Maximum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in at least TWO areas: EFT, invoicing, customer disputes, or e-commerce.
• Proven ability to investigate customer disputes and identify root causes.
• Very strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  Comfort working with and navigating multiple complex systems and processes.
