Day to day:

• Monitor and manage freight movement across Amazon's transportation network, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery while resolving transportation disruptions in real time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, drivers, rail partners, and internal teams by providing timely communication, troubleshooting issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Research transportation issues using internal systems, analyze operational data and trends, and support reporting to improve network performance and customer experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create repair requests, monitor load execution, and coordinate solutions that minimize delays and maintain operational efficiency.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment while adhering to schedules, supporting peak business demands, and making data-driven decisions to keep freight moving efficiently.

Must haves:

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and working with multiple computer systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call center or operations environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plusses:

• Transportation or supply chain operations experience
• Experience supporting carriers, drivers, or logistics partners
• Experience analyzing operational data and identifying trends

Pay Range: $15-$17/hr
