Job Title: Warehouse Associate II

Job Location: Wilmington, MA 01887 (Onsite)

Job Duration: 6+ Months (Contract to Hire)

Pay Rate: $22/Hr  to $24/Hr 

Job Overview

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate II to support day-to-day facility and warehouse operations. This role involves material handling, facility upkeep, basic maintenance, deliveries, and supporting skilled trades teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and following safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment.
  • Assist with facility setup, breakdown, and workspace rearrangement.
  • Perform routine cleaning and general upkeep of interior and exterior areas.
  • Remove trash, debris, and recyclable materials from designated areas.
  • Assist with minor repairs such as painting, patching, and fixture replacement.
  • Safely operate basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Support groundskeeping activities, including snow removal, landscaping, and parking lot upkeep.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Identify and report facility hazards, damage, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople, including electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians, as needed.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries and supplies throughout the facility.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on, onsite position supporting an industrial/robotics facility. The role may involve physical activity, material handling, outdoor work, and working around equipment and skilled trades teams.

Candidate Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse, facilities, general labor, maintenance, or a similar hands-on environment.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials and equipment.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Strong attention to safety and ability to follow OSHA/company safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting facility maintenance or industrial environments.
  • Experience assisting electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, or other skilled trades.
  • Familiarity with basic facility maintenance, groundskeeping, or material handling.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or robotics environment.
