Job Title: Program Manager
Primary Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 6 months contract with possible extension

Pay range: $70 - $75/Hr

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in technology implementation, project management, consulting, operations transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology, AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, project planning, governance, and executive communications.
• Experience managing user onboarding, training, operational readiness, and change management programs.

Pay range: $70 - $75/Hr
