Pay Range - $63–$67/hr
Title - Senior Scheduler
- Integrate schedules across engineering, design, construction, production, and project teams
- Establish contract milestones and schedules for bid packages
- Partner with estimating and finance teams on scope, durations, milestones, and project controls
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams on activity durations, sequencing, and dependencies
- Lead planning and scheduling meetings
- Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance and variances
- Identify schedule risks and develop recovery/workaround plans when projects fall behind
- Perform resource loading and resource analysis
- Support earned-value tracking, progress measurement, and progress curves
- Prepare schedule reports and communicate project status to leadership and senior management
- Develop conceptual schedules when detailed design information is not yet available
- Provide guidance to other USH Project Schedulers
- Lead the overall USH scheduling portfolio while maintaining ownership of major projects

CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience
- 5+ years of Primavera P6 experience
- Strong understanding of design and construction progress measurement
- Experience with project controls and earned-value measurement
- Experience coordinating internal teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ability to influence project teams and negotiate schedule changes with vendors and contractors
- Experience leading or mentoring other schedulers/project controls professionals is highly desirable
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project master schedules using Primavera P6
