• Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs/metrics
• Analyze large datasets and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Develop Python automation for reporting and analytics workflows
• Work with data services including S3, Redshift, Glue, Athena, and Lambda
• Review ETL/ELT pipelines, Airflow DAGs, code, and data lineage
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data integration and technical solutions
• Use AI/GenAI tools to improve coding, troubleshooting, and automation
• Translate business needs into scalable technical data solutions

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Analytics Engineering
• Advanced SQL and strong Python skills
• Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines
• Strong dashboard and KPI development experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience with AWS data services
• Strong balance of technical (60%) and business-facing (40%) experience
• Ability to explain end-to-end ownership of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics projects
