Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator
Location: Palo Alto, CA 94304 - On-site Role
Duration: 06 Months (Extension/Conversion based on performance)
Pay Range: ($48 - $50) on an hourly basis

Description:
Job Purpose:
- Conduct clinical research and work independently on progressively more complex projects/assignments.
- Independently manage significant and key aspects of a large study or all aspects of one or more small research studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of clinical research experience, or equivalent.
- Oncology treatment trial experience, preferably Phase I.
- Hands-on EPIC experience.
- Clinical research experience in a hospital, academic medical center, cancer center, or other healthcare institution.
- Experience with IRB, FDA regulations, and HIPAA.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention for clinical trials.
- Manage clinical research data, study documentation, and query resolution.
- Coordinate IRB submissions/renewals and maintain regulatory compliance with FDA and HIPAA requirements.
- Monitor and report serious adverse events and support study safety activities.
- Partner with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and research teams to manage study milestones and deliverables.
- Support study budgets, patient milestones, sponsor invoicing, and process improvements.
- Train/mentor research staff and ensure adherence to study protocols.
