• 7-10 + years of experience as a Developer/Architect, etc  recent leadership/managment experience supporting customer-facing applications
• 2-3+ years of experience with Sitecore AI/XM 
• Emphasis on search optimization with Coveo
• Must know how to optimize indexing and search performance
• Vercel headless architecture
• Strong experience with search optimization tools like Coveo, Elasticsearch, Algolia
• Leadership experience of 2 engineers and a product owner - working cross-functionally with AI team, marketing team, 3rd party support for L1 monitoring
• 70% hands on/30% leadership/management - Needs a doer/leader
• Experience with content creation and optimization with Sitecore AI tools
• Used for AB testing
• AI-first approach- experience integrating Sitecore with other AI tools like Claude or Cursor
• TOP preference for Sitecore certification
• Must have strong communication and collaboration with other business stakeholders; must have strong executive presence
• 100% Remote

Range: 150k-170k
