Compensation: $50-$54/hour

Interview process:

  • First round- technical assessment- 45-60 minutes
  • Second round- behavioral/critical thinking assessment- 30-45 minutes

Day to day:

  • As a Consultant (Analytics) you will own and perform specific analytics tasks as well as lead and drive end to end solutions for AI/Machine Learning use cases with guidance from lead / manager.
  • Driving data-derived insights across the business domain by developing advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms and computational algorithms based on business initiatives.
  • Directing the gathering of data, assessing data validity and synthesizing data into large analytics datasets to support project goals.
  • Analysing structured and unstructured data using data mining/statistical/machine learning/deep learning tools, Data visualization, Digital/Web analytics tools and techniques and storytelling.
  • Building and training statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
  • Performing tasks related to Operationalization - eg. wrapper script, REST service, Trigger, Monitoring etc.
  • Preparing all the supporting documents and reports.
  • Mentoring/Guiding one to two members in the team on technical aspects as needed.
  • Responsible to design and implement processes and layouts for complex, large-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes.
  • Builds large and complex data sets from spurious sources while thinking strategically about uses of data and how data use interacts with data design.
  • Works with key stakeholders to generate hypotheses and create analytic models that answer impactful business questions. Uses experience, expertise and skills to make recommendations and solve problems that are more difficult and infrequent.
  • Work with the business clients to discuss small to mid-scale solution requests, determine data requirements and statistical methodologies, and develop solutions.
  • Design and implement processes and layouts for complex, small to mid-scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research purposes.
  • Design and build small to mid-scale data sets, thinking about uses of data and how it interacts with the design.
  • Develop components of statistical models or end-to-end small to mid-scale models, participating in various pieces of the process including data processing, analysis framework, custom complex visualization tools, and web applications.
  • Design and implement small to mid-scale statistical data quality procedures around new data sources.
  • Design and implement data validation and updating procedures for teams to utilize.
  • Visualize and report data findings creatively in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience required demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in advanced analytics/ predictive modelling in a consulting role.
  • Experience with all phases of end-to-end Analytics project, such as (but not limited to): Ingestion, Munging, Model Building, Validation, Operationalization, Monitoring.
  • Experience building models using statistical techniques such as Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning models, Deep learning, Text classification etc.
  • Knowledge of Python, Sql, PySpark, Scala and/or other languages and tools.

Pluses:

  • Master's degree.
  • Experience working in analytical projects in telecom domain.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data lake (hadoop), SQL, ETL.
  • Problem solving, analytical, and research skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
