- About the Role** We are seeking a skilled Package Consultant specializing in Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
- This role involves guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions.
- The primary focus will be on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- **Responsibilities** - Design efficient time management processes in alignment with client policies and regulatory requirements.
- Configure payroll structures and manage absences to ensure compliance with global payroll regulations.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective utilization of modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing. - Provide post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting.
- Translate complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences.
- **Education Qualification** - Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Required Skills** - Workday Payroll experience or certification with at least 5+ years of experience.
- Thorough understanding of modern time tracking methodologies and absence management best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address issues during system configuration or usage. - Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
